I recently purchased a high-end Trek road bike at Trek of Fairfax. The bike has been amazing and I was really impressed with the professionalism of the staff, and everyone from the sales staff to the techs were very helpful. And on more than one occasion when an issue came up, they were more than fair in resolving it. I was really pleased with the whole experience and I'm glad to finally have a bike shop that can meet all of my needs! I highly recommend them!

Special repair for disabled adult stroller wheel. The guys in the repair shop and in the store have always been fantastic solving any problem that we have. They try to solve it right away as I wait. Often at little or no cost. I’m so grateful they address it asap as it’s my son’s key to mobility. Thank you!! I’d do more stars if it were possible!

Brought my Trek bike in for a spring tune-up and minor repairs. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, professional, and responsive. They spent a good amount of time going over my bike and making absolutely sure that I was satisfied with the results. Bike looks great now and rides perfectly.
