So far it exceeds expectations. Heard about it through Erich Andreas who I use as main source for guitar study. If he put his name on it, I know it's good! Well laid out program and love the instructional technique. To me it is an extraordinary value to have in essence remote, yet direct instruction from guys like this. If you paid for private lessons in person with someone this experienced it would be cost prohibitive. I'm so thankful to be able to soak up great knowledge passed on by someone with years of experience!

I decided to start from scratch for discipline reasons. I previously played guitar and piano for over 25 years and I'm just now getting back into it after a 20 year break. So, the rating I left was because I felt that Joe Robinson was thorough and to the point.

I'm 61 yrs old. I took lessons and played throughout my youth and into my early 20's. I guess you could say I reached a plateau. My guitar playing became less of a priority as life became more complex. 40 years went by, life settled down and I picked the guitar back up. I have a tremendous thirst to regain my skills. The difference between now and 40 years ago is the incredible volume of guitar info to be found on the internet. Over the past few months I have learned more than I did in my first 15 years of playing.
I would love to become proficient in fingerstyle. I stumbled upon Joe's YouTube videos and was blown away. I was so happy to learn that he offers these courses. If I could hone even a fraction of Joe's guitar playing skills I'll be grateful!

Very informative and laid back.
Easy to listen too and take in.
Taking and understanding all the info in bite size pieces, then placing them together, makes everything so much easier.
I've never used tabs effectively but I'm actually finding that using the tabs helps.
