Joe is an amiable and encouraging teacher, but if you pay attention, he guides you to become more disciplined in your playing and your practicing...make sure to use the practice techniques he provides at the start of the course. My finger-picking was haphazard until I took this course. I am looking forward to the intermediate version.

内容としては初心者向けですが、演奏を向上させる上で大切なポイントを的確に伝えてくれます。フォーム、タッチのニュアンスや脱力感などをじっくり見れるだけでも価値があります。また、何を考え、何を気を付けて練習してきたのかとか、この域に到達した人だけが感じたり気付いたりすることを話している点も良いです（さらっとですが）。バーコードを使わないことや、ローコードのAの押さえ方など個性的な点があったりして、そっちの方がスムースにな運指になるなーなど気付きも沢山ありました。
中級、上級クラスを準備されているようなので、待ち遠しいです。

So far I have learned some new things like:
~tune UP to the note
~tune up every time you play
~electronic tuner sounds better than my using a pitch pipe. HaHa!
~posture in front of mirror
~do set up about how close the strings are to the frets.
~learning strings....I like Erich Andreas' "Eddy Ate Dynamite Good Bye Eddy"
