While the appointment wasn’t something I was looking forward to, Dr. Barsky and Anna G were professional, kind, quick, and made the whole experience super easy. I felt like they genuinely listened to my questions and provided clarity at every step of the way. Recovery was a breeze and it was one of the best dental experience I’ve had. I would highly recommend Brook West Family Dentistry. Thank you so much for the positive experience!

See MoreI would like to give some recognition to the front office staff and ending with the dental staff of brook dental. I was recommended by a friend to call brook dental .I called and explained what I was experiencing sore mouth from a absense tooth and was needing some attention. When I called the office I started off with talking Keke who was able to maneuver Dr. Guenergier schedule to fit me in on the day I called. Once I was scheduled I talked with Kay who took all my medical/dental information so she could process that and see what was covered and not covered to let me know what a estimate of the charges would be. Once I arrived at the office I was greeted with smiles and polite words on how they could help me out. Once in the office I was given the proper detail treatment by Dr.Gueringer and his staff consisting of Kelli and Rylee. They explained everything they are doing to do and did to improve the quality of my tooth that was giving lots of pain. Thank you again to the staff of brook dental, you have another satisfied customer! JM

See MoreI have been going to Brook West for a number of years. Most recently I have been seeing Dr Gueringer. A little over a year ago I sustained some dental trauma that lead to referrals and a long road to ultimate restoration by Dr. Gueringer. He has been incredibly thoughtful, kind, gentle, and responsive to my questions and concerns throughout this time. I would whole heartedly recommend him, this coming from someone who has a long history of dental anxiety. His assistants Musu and Rylee are always there with a smile and gentle kindness, and Lori has been extremely helpful and patient with me in getting messages thru, scheduling appointments and helping navigate insurance. And a final shoutout to G who I see every 6 months for my cleanings.

In my first visit I was treated with respect and insurance process was fast and easy. I was diagnosed with gum problems that no other dentists mentioned before, Dr Barsky and Jessica detected it immediately and referred me to a specialist. I am very grateful. I also needed a filling and Dr Barsky and Anna G made the process very comfortable and fast!

My appointment was with Dr. Barsky and his assistant Anna G. They were both great! Dr. Barsky was gentle and told me what he was doing at every step of my procedure. Annie G kept asking was I doing ok and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Barsky’s bedside manners were an A plus, I think I even dozed off a bit because I was so relaxed . My overall experience was wonderful! I highly recommend this duo!
