Brook West is a very impressive and welcoming clinic. Dr. Max Barsky and his team are great at what they do, all while being comforting and providing phenomenal dental care. My dental hygienist, G, has exceptional attention to detail and makes sure you can be as relaxed as possible as his patient.

I recently had an appointment at your dental clinic, and I wanted to provide some feedback based on my experience. Overall, I found the staff to be professional and courteous, creating a welcoming environment. Dr. Barsky explained the procedures clearly, which helped me understand my treatment plan better. Dr. Gueringer helped me get my “happy tears” smile! He and his team worked endlessly to perfect my veneers and turn my smile into something I’m so confident in now! Cindie and Musu were both super helpful during my visits and made me way more comfortable to be at the dentist than I ever thought I’d be! I highly recommend Dr. Gueringer at Brook West Family Dentistry if you’re looking for basic care or to transform your smile!

Some people have bad hair or bad skin, I had bad teeth and a terrible bite. I could give details of what's been tried but I'll spare you and only address how Dr Wang and his office accomplished in a few appointments what 35 years of dental work, braces, and oral surgeries couldn't do. It started with Jen, Kay, Maddie, Lori, David, Anna, and Deanna at the front desk. They were so wonderful and kind helping me find appointment times amidst my crazy schedule, checking insurance, getting me estimates, explaining how things work, and smiling each time I came in for my appointments. They even remembered who I was when I called. You may not find that to be exceptional but it's not common these days that every team member, without exception, is happy to help. Even more, they were excited for me and celebrated with me. Then, Callie and Gosheng spent literally hours with me, taking photos, explaining next steps, making me comfortable, and, of course, being an extra set of hands for Dr Wang during the hours of work. Then, Dr Wang...I don't think any other cosmetic dentist would have had a vision and executed a plan like you did. My confidence in you, which started strong, did nothing but grow as you walked me through the process = explaining the issues to fix, the options going forward, the timing, what you envisioned, finding out what I wanted, making sure it all fit together in one plan, etc. Your desire to make sure it was 100% correct solidified that I made the right choice. For the first time in decades, I have a smile that doesn't embarrass me AND I finally have a bite where my back teeth make contact; they touch in the same spots on both sides at the same time. And my teeth look natural! It's surreal. I cried the first time I saw them and I'm not a crier. They're incredible. It's was so worth the time and effort and money. I'm so so so grateful. I had an appt for a new crown since I had broken a tooth. Dr. Barsky is so good with novocaine that I didn't feel anything from start to finish. Anna is so pleasant and caring and I am so comfortable in their chair.

I enjoy going to this dentist! Dr. Wang and his team are great, focusing on informing you of options and accommodating while helping you plan. Dr. Wang is a professional and pragmatic. When the time comes to address a problem, he is a thoroughly detailed perfectionist aiming to achieve high quality outcomes. He who asks how you are, listens to you, and cares enough to quickly take action to address any issues. You can walk out with a smile on your face.

Dr Barsky and Anna G's provide exceptional customer service and care. Over the last couple of years, I have been having repeated dental issues. They worked with me to develop a plan to resolve the issue and provided me with the perfect beautiful smile I've always wanted. I am extremely happy with my new smile.

I'm having an old crown replaced, while going to the dentist is never fun, ok maybe for one of you, but my team at Brook West; Dr Wangs, Callie and Kay, made the experience as good as it can be. My wife broke her front tooth at the bone. She was devastated by what happened, she had previously had a crown done on the same tooth by another dentist!! Which she would never go back too! My daughter recommended Brook West Dentistry and she was lucky and blessed to find such an amazing, caring dentist, Dr. Gueringer and staff (Musu, Cindie and Shelley) She needed an implant due to her condition and she was terrified. Dr. Gueringer re-assured her over the long process everything would be fine. We are all blown away with the results, my wife has her smile back. Thank you Dr. Gueringer and all:))))

After a traumatic accident last May and almost a year of healing, dislocated and fractured my jaw, my bite was extremely off. My oral surgeon suggested it was time to do an occlusion adjustment to correct my bite which Dr. Wang and Gina performed with great kindness and attention to detail. I truly enjoy Brook West Family Dental because of the talent this clinic offers, the relationship built over many years, and the care given to me and my family.
