Brook West Family Dentistry is excellent from the front desk check-in, to the hygienists (thank you Kelli) to the doctors. They are all very attuned to the patient's comfort and there is never any pressure regarding procedures and care. Whoever is in charge of promoting customer service at Brook West deserves an A plus grade. Grateful to Hygienist David for great care today. Dr. Domaas and his assistant Musu were wonderful. Had a crack in my denture done within 24 hours. They did a reline and it fits perfectly no problem with sore spots.

Brook West Family Dentistry has been my dental care home for more than 25 years. Even though I moved away a few years ago, I won’t even consider changing dentists or hygienists, so drive 180 miles (one way) for my dental care. “G” is the my hygienist. He is friendly, thorough, gentle and truly takes pride in his work. Likewise, Dr. Eric Wang has overseen my dental care consistently for many years. While I generally have not required more than regular cleanings, when the need has arisen for other work, Dr. Wang is excellent! He checks in and inspects my teeth at every cleaning, advises me of things he sees as potential future needs and is friendly, kind, dedicated. I hear others talk about dreading their dental appointment. Not me! I look forward to seeing this excellent team of professionals who keep me smiling!

After having a very unpleasant experience and suffering a few years with work not done properly with a Dentist at Aspen.. I found Brook West and became a patient with Dr Domass! He definitely worked magic and gave me a smile that I can be proud of !! I can't thank him enough!! His team walked me through the entire process, were always accommodating to my "nerves" and my 1000 questions.. the hygienist team is the BEST! Dr. Klump and assistant Musu have helped me get my sore gums back to a near healthy state after 2 deep cleaning visits. Both were very professional and gave me my 1st positive dental progress review I can remember after the deep cleaning was completed. Thank you for the professional care you have provided.

Brook West team were all wonderful. Jen at check in was very friendly. My hygienist “G” did a very thorough cleaning and was personal during my appointment. I needed to get additional work done and Jen was able to get me a follow up appointment that week for the additional work that needed done. Dr Wang was very professional and explained everything that was needed.

I have been going here for 6 plus years and they actually performed gum surgery for me at the location. They are the best! I have very sensitive teeth and hate going... "G" makes me feel very relaxed and makes sure I am comfortable. I actually schedule my appointments only when he is available. You are in good hands whenever you go!

I just had my 6 month cleaning and the service that Brookwest Dentistry have from the time I arrive to the time I leave is excellent. My family and I are patients of Dr. Wang who I trust as he has been accurate and careful in our treatments, G has been my hygienist for years, he does a very good job, is professional and friendly. I feel like part of the family every visit and the treatments are spot on.

My family have been patients of Brook West for over 10 years. In that time we have run the gamut of the services that Brook West provides, from root canals, cosmetic smile changes, an implant, to routine care and maintenance. Rebecca, G, and Jess are our wonderful, attentive and knowledgeable hygienists and they treat us like family when we are there. We recently changed from insured to self pay and were introduced to Brook West's internal plan for non-insured patients. For a one time fee, the routine care provided is amazing and covers 2 cleanings and exams per year. There is a substantial and very fair discount if anything additional is uncovered or found to be necessary for our oral health. Within our family, we see every one of the Doctors. Dr. Wang, Dr. Domaas and Dr. Barsky, they show a level of professionalism, honesty and care that we continue to witness and appreciate again and again. The front office staff is another amazing extension of this team. Reminders for appointments, realistic payment options and an understanding of insurance companies and the games they can often play, as they fight for their patients to make sure... what should be covered, is covered. Thanks to David, Lori, Jen and Susan for your assistance over the years.
