3 years agoMy hygienist, Kelli, was absolutely wonderful…thorough, gentle, listened/responded and kept me comfortable with my sensitive teeth. If your like me, it’s worth the $30.00 for numbing gel for cleanings. My daughter recommended this clinic ... See MoreMy hygienist, Kelli, was absolutely wonderful…thorough, gentle, listened/responded and kept me comfortable with my sensitive teeth. If your like me, it’s worth the $30.00 for numbing gel for cleanings. My daughter recommended this clinic and Dr. Max and so far, after my first consultation appointment and today’s cleaning, I am extremely impressed with the friendly staff and efficient on-line system for all paperwork. My fear of dental work is lessening because of my experience with Brook West! A huge thank you to the team.

3 years agoI had not been to the dentist in years, mostly because I am a chicken. They put me right at ease and did not judge for the amount of time that had passed since my last visit with a dentist. 3 years agoIt was great to see Lisa and Dr. Barsky today for both my and my daughter's cleaning appointments. Lisa was so efficient that she even had enough time to place sealants on my daughter's teeth. Anna G. and Dr. Barsky did an awesome job, not only with quality of work, but also making the whole experience very pleasant, and putting me at ease through the whole process from start to finish. They answered all my questions and kept me informed of everything so there would be no surprises. I have been with Brook West for many years, and always appreciate the courtesy, professionalism, and top notch service, from everyone there.

They are all very attuned to the patient's comfort and there is never any pressure regarding procedures and care. ... They are all very attuned to the patient's comfort and there is never any pressure regarding procedures and care. Whoever is in charge of promoting customer service at Brook West deserves an A plus grade. Grateful to Hygienist David for great care today. Grateful to Dr. Domaas for years of excellent care and for Dr. Gueringer as he assumes that part of the practice. Thank you again.

3 years agoDr. Domaas and his assistant Musu were wonderful. Had a crack in my denture done within 24 hours. Even though I moved away a few years ago, I won’t even consider changing dentists or hygienists, so drive 180 miles (one way) for my dental care. “G” is the ... See MoreBrook West Family Dentistry has been my dental care home for more than 25 years. Even though I moved away a few years ago, I won’t even consider changing dentists or hygienists, so drive 180 miles (one way) for my dental care. “G” is the my hygienist. He is friendly, thorough, gentle and truly takes pride in his work. Likewise, Dr. Eric Wang has overseen my dental care consistently for many years. While I generally have not required more than regular cleanings, when the need has arisen for other work, Dr. Wang is excellent! He checks in and inspects my teeth at every cleaning, advises me of things he sees as potential future needs and is friendly, kind, dedicated. I hear others talk about dreading their dental appointment. Not me! I look forward to seeing this excellent team of professionals who keep me smiling!

I found Brook West and became a patient with Dr Domass! He definitely worked magic and gave me a smile that I can be proud of !! I can't thank him enough!! His team walked me through the entire process, were always accommodating to my "nerves" and my 1000 questions.. the hygienist team is the BEST! I definitely highly recommend Dr Domass and team at Brook West Family Dentistry.
