I called Brook West Family Dentistry and Lauri got me an appointment the very next day. Unbelievable! My dentist had retired so I was seeing Dr. Wang for the first time. I met my friend, David, at reception, who always remembers my name, and is great at relieving my anxiety and making me feel welcome. He and Lauri got me in right away. I met Dr. Eric Wang and his hygienist /surgical assistant Gosheng, and they both were so nice and professional. They also relieved my anxiety and took care of my chipped tooth and then some. They addressed my concerns 100% and I was so pleased. Thank you again to the great staff at BWFD. I am grateful to be one of your patients. Happy Holidays.

I honestly could not be happier with the work that they did. Not only was the work incredible, but Dr. Barksy and his team made the entire experience so comfortable and informative for me. We would not trust our dental needs to anyone else! Dr. Eric Wang and the dental hygienist, G are first rate! Whether it's a crown, filling, orthodontist recommendation or just a 6M cleaning and checkup, Dr. Wang has been there for us. I would highly recommend Brook West for your family.

4 years agoMy husband started at Brook West years ago, then I started going there and now our son goes there! We love how well they take care of us and remember everything. 4 years agoThe staff are always friendly and professional at Brook West. They make going to the dentist as easy as possible, from scheduling to dental work. They have many COVID precautions in place, which seemed to work well.The staff are always friendly and professional at Brook West. I was one of those patients who feared dental visits because of negative past experiences. At Brook West I feel respected and listened to concerning my fears. I had not been in for several months due to some jobs changes. So long ... See MoreI have been a long time patient but today was really good due to Rachel. I am one of those folks that have to go quite often due to inherited periodontal stuff. I had not been in for several months due to some jobs changes. So long story short I was anxious and not really wanting to do it. Rachel did a great job and was very gentle and supportive and made the experience so much better than I expected. I left actually not hating it and am more willing to go more frequently.. She was great

I was called up when they were ready, took my temp then had me follow arrows to my room. The hygienist was dressed in protective clothing and mask and he did a wonderful job taking care of my teeth. When I was done I followed more arrows to lead out the back door to leave.
