Being able to see photos of my teeth helped me understand what needed to be done. They worked out a step by step plan for me. Everything was laid out and easy to understand. They have always been top notch! The staff is professional, kind and caring. They educate me on the services being performed and how to best care for my teeth. They are efficient and always start my appointments on time. They also pre-approve any major work with my insurance and consult with me ahead of time on any out of pocket costs so that I am not surprised. I highly recommend BWFD!!

Always making sure you are doing okay while going through your appointment!! Makes going to the dentist not so bad!! Also my teeth and gums never hurt when I leave!! Which is amazing! Very gentle! 6 years agoBeen going here for years, always a great experience. Never had any issues. The hygienists are really gentle. No one is pushy and they keep a really good eye on your teeth’s health. I've never had a long wait and even if you're the s ... See MoreI've been coming to Brook West a little over two years now and have been very impressed with ever facet of the experience. The staff upfront are always extremely pleasant and efficient. I've never had a long wait and even if you're the second person in line, someone else will step in to make sure you are well taken care of. They easily handle billing, scheduling, and thankfully, deal directly with insurance so I never have to. Dr. Wang is so personable and knowledgeable. He never recommends any unnecessary treatment and is very practical. He makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I've had G as a hygienist on multiple occasions and he has been very pleasant, friendly, and talks you through the entire process of what to expect. Overall, very pleasant experience with this clinic. I highly recommend as a primary or even if you just want to get a second opinion on a procedure.

6 years agoDr Barsky is an amazing dentist and "G" is the best dental hygienist ever! They're very good at what they do. Very minimal discomfort on the dental procedures done by Dr Barsky and teeth cleaning by G.Dr Barsky is an amazing dentist and "G" is the best dental hygienist ever! 6 years agoI have been going to Brook West since 1988. I love that they have late appointments so I don’t have to take time off of work to get my teeth cleaned. G and Dr. Wang are the best.I have been going to Brook West since 1988. I love that they have late appointments so I don’t have to take time off of work to get my teeth cleaned. G and Dr. Wang are the best.

Yes; I know that makes me an old dinosaur, but they really are professionals when it comes to your dental care. From the front desk, the hygienists and all the Doctors they really will treat you like family. I had a routine dental cleaning last week with "G" ( a special shout out of praise to "G" again) and as I was scheduling my next appointment I found myself wondering how many others can actually say that they have a good time at their dentist? Thanks for taking care of this Ol' dinosaurs bite!

He has been great as has all the staff & people out front. Dr. suggested I see Dr. Klump for receding gum tissue. Had soft tissue grafts on gums in lower front. Dr. Klump and his assistant were so kind, gentle and talked me through whole process. Can't express enough how professional and caring they have been. Highly recommend if one needs periodontal services to see Dr. Klump, he is THE BEST!
