I am one of those folks that have to go quite often due to inherited periodontal stuff. I had not been in for several months due to some jobs changes. So long story short I was anxious and not really wanting to do it. Rachel did a great job and was very gentle and supportive and made the experience so much better than I expected. I left actually not hating it and am more willing to go more frequently.. She was great

The hygienist was dressed in protective clothing and m ... See MoreI have been going to Brook West for many years now. Today was a great COVID safe experience. I was called up when they were ready, took my temp then had me follow arrows to my room. The hygienist was dressed in protective clothing and mask and he did a wonderful job taking care of my teeth. When I was done I followed more arrows to lead out the back door to leave.

5 years agoI had delayed my appt due to virus concern. Brookwest has gone to extremes to keep patients safe. Really appreciate this. 5 years agoDr. Smith and his team ( "G" and Lisa) are the best! Hard to believe that you can enjoy when it is time for your Dental visits, but I do! See MoreI had a remarkable dental appointment today with Dr. John Smith at Brook West Family Dentistry. From the not feeling the Novocain injection , getting 3 beautiful fillings and a same day crown to hearing my favorite music on his iPad through Pandora - my entire visit was top notch. Traci is an awesome assistant and I love being at Brook West. The Nordstrom’s of the dental world.

Dr. Wong is an excellent dentist whom takes the time to listen to his patients and address their concerns. ... See MoreI transferred to Brook West Family Dentistry after reading online reviews. I found Brook West Family Dentistry to be exceptional. Dr. Wong is an excellent dentist whom takes the time to listen to his patients and address their concerns. I found his treatment to be a bit more conservative then my prior dentist whom, in my opinion, was aggressive in his treatment as a money maker. Go see Dr. Wong! You won't be disappointed.

After reading the reviews on their webpage I decided to give them a try, and I am so glad I did! My experience has always been truly wonderful. Dr. Wang, staff, hygienists, and dental assistants provide top notch care! They are competent professionals, kind, accommodating, and really take the time to listen to one’s needs, and to discuss the most suitable treatment options. I also appreciate the fact that all fees for treatments recommended are disclosed upfront. BrookWest is definitely a team of great professionals providing outstanding care and service to their patients.
