Love going to Brook West. They know you by name when you walk in and G does such a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. He's exceptional at not making the experience uncomfortable which is unlike most other hygienists I have had appointments with. I can honestly say I enjoy going and having my teeth cleaned.

This family of dentistry is the very best in the nation. There masters of the art, there highly knowledgeable and caring and they make you feel at home. Dr Tu is my doctor as well as Dr Klump and there both amazing. The office specialists are extremely helpful and kind. They are not the cheapest but that’s because you get exactly what you pay for. My first experience with Dr. Wang and Brook West occurred three years ago. I had cracked my front tooth on a Saturday. Dr. Wang took time from his family to provide a short-term solution for that tooth since I had to preach a sermon the next day (who would want to see a pastor with a missing front tooth?!). He somehow manufactured something that was presentable and did so with expertise, care, and skill. This emergency exemplflies the ongoing treatment at Brook West. From Colleen at the front desk, who always greets you with a smile and infectious positivity, to the talented and supportive dentists and staff, this is unquestionably the most exceptional dentistry in my experience. The Brook West team is very professional in all the work they do, always on time, great customer service and everyone pays a lot of attention to detail. Dr. Lam Tu, Missy and Kelly have been exceptional in the work performed and everyone in reception are alw very kind. Angie is my favorite dental hygienist. She is so kind and funny! And she always remembers areas of my mouth that are sensitive. Now, I look forward to going in every six months to catch up with her! Dr. Wong is also the best! He always makes his interactions with you personal and he's just a joy to talk to.

Our family is THRILLED with this dental clinic, especially due to G (hygienist) and Dr. Tu (dentist). They both provide absolutely excellent care. In fact, all of the hygienists we have seen are friendly and wonderful! When I mentioned to my daughter that I saw Dr. Tu at my last appointment, she said, "Oh, I LOVE him! He's so great!". (A middle-schooler saying that about her dentist!) My husband recommended G and I've been seeing him for years and am consistently pleased with my care! The staff is also friendly and incredibly helpful. We could not recommend this clinic and these providers more highly. Now if they'd only get a female dentist on staff...it'd be perfect!

Another great experience with Dr. Tu and the rest of the staff. Missy and Dr. Tu took care of everything needed in a comfortable (yes, that exists for a dentist office) experience. I sat in the chair, watched ESPN while they did their thing masterfully. Our whole family is very pleased with Brook West and we are grateful that we found them with all the other positive reviews. 10/1/18 Family VISIT - I feel I must update this review - not the score at all because I can't give more than 5 stars, but to give more details about our follow up cleanings (mine and my 3 kiddos - 9, 6, 3 yrs old). It was a FANTASTIC experience. I received a call about a week ago from Brook West and was asked if it was okay to have all 3 of my kids scheduled for 2pm. The original plan was back to back to back. All at the same time was perfect!!! Each child went back and had their teeth cleaned and ZERO cavities, so that really tops it off as a great visit. Brook West has now consecutively hit it out of the park with my family! This time we saw Dr. Barsky as Dr. Tu was out. He was friendly and great - we expected nothing less! The entire staff was great, again!
