I bough my son a bike and received sufficient information and guidance. After a while, a minor situation happened to the gear and I took the bike there on a Sunday. Though I didn't have an appointment and their mechanic wasn't on duty, they tried to fix the issue and relieved my son. A special thank you to @Nick who fixed the gear. This is what customer service means: always trying to help. I do recommend this store.
