Went in there specifically asking for rear brake fluid and a kit, the lady told us that it would fit. Did not fit wasted $70 when shop assistant assured us it was for our bike

dropped my bike in for a service was massive over charged with items on my bike like new grips that were not needed absolutely disgusting over charging thieves will never be back …the technician was angry when i questioned the $900 cost when the service quote was $300 what a thieving criminal

Nobody walks into a bike store wanting to be talked to in a raised voice by a man that seems angry at the world.
If you want a ladies bike, head to another store to avoid confrontation.

My plan was to go into the store to look at buying a new bike. However, they have a sign out the front that says you cannot enter the store unless fully jabbed (despite the government no longer requiring it). This is also despite the fact that the so-called 'vaxxed' contract and spread the virus as much or more than unvaxxed.
Who would have thought a shop that sells goods used for health and sports would discriminate against people that trust their own body's immune system.
I will never buy from any Trek store again.

Didn't have a charger for my bike first time I went in nor would they order one in for me. Now I just went in to buy brake pads for my bike and low and behold they didn't have them either or again order them in. Absolutely pathetic. I wouldn't give them 1 star if I had the choice
