The Roscoe MTB I bought is brilliant. But so is the level of service offered by staff. I had an older GIANT road bike needing repairs and service and it was not a problem getting it back on the road in a timely manner as well. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I went with a seat issue and spoke with Emily who was very informative and she fixed the issue I had without hesitation, spending time in the workshop with the bike Mechanic to fix it and the seat or bike was not purchased at the shop. She returned the seat and problem fixed. I offered to pay and she informed me no charge. I couldn’t get over how friendly and helpful all the staff were and in particular Emily.
