The team called to say my pre-ordered Domane had been built. I swung by the store during the week. Claire and the entire team couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. What’s really impressive is their product/ cycling knowledge and know how. They offered a full bike fit - and even suggested I bring my old cannondale synapse in to the shop and they’d set that up as well! I’ll be going back repeatedly. All they really need is a nice coffee and cake counter in-house and it’s be perfect

I bought a bike that fitted me perfectly... the sales assistant was lovely and took the time to find the right bike for me, I was very impressed with the customer service and I have to say that I'm very happy with my new bike it is the best bike I had, I feel very safe when I go out for my daily ride, the break system on this bike is excellent, you are paying for quality which is excellent but also for safety, which for me it was a big deal having just recovered from a knee injury, I am thoroughly enjoying the outdoors now thank you! I would recommend this store 100%
