The home inspection was thorough and comprehensive. The 143 page report documented each finding with detailed descriptions, photographs and explanatory diagrams. Some findings were documented with videos as well. All of my questions were answered promptly, professionally and with courtesy. Mr. Barone's inspection identified some major problems with the HVAC, the crawlspace sump pump, and with water penetration into the crawlspace. These were issues I would have had to fix at some expense had they not been identified at the inspection. I consider Mr. Barone's inspection money well spent. I enthusiastically recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection. I will certainly be hiring him again for my next home inspection.

We were told it was mainly in need of cosmetic work. Talon Home Inspections had amazing reviews everywhere we looked online, so we chose him as our Home Inspector. We are so glad we did! Carlo is so professional and friendly! His 250 page report complete with photos and videos and research showed us the reality of what we almost bought.
