We were referred to Carlo by one of our neighbors who was fortunate enough to have him inspect their newly constructed home prior to moving in. We utilized Carlo's services to help us compile a 12 month repair list for Ball Homes that we were able to submit prior to any of our home warranties running out. Carlo's expertise helped him to identify more than 25 items that we would not have placed on our punch list otherwise. Several of the problems that Carlo noted were things that might cause harm to our home over the long run, and most certainly would have led to repairs totaling tenfold the original cost of contracting Carlo's services. The report that Carlo generates is VERY user friendly, and can be used to generate a separate report of the specific items that you wish to pass along. here is no other person that I would trust more than Carlo Barone when it comes to inspecting my home. Carlo come in and look at the “major” issues and areas, spending more than 5 hours inspecting your home. A lot of home inspectors that I have used in the past do not have the tools or expertise that Carlo has. If I’m buying a house, I want to know if there are issues that need addressed or fixed. My realtor referred me to a bad one witch is SCOTTY Boggs. He went to do my home inspection without my knowledge. He lied to me he said the house have less than $500.00 expenses to do. Carlo was my second home inspection that I hired. Carlo arrived promptly for our appointment. He explained what he would be doing and looking for and immediately went to work. He spent roughly 5 hours inspecting my home from top to bottom. I have never seen someone so dedicated to their job. After the inspection Carlo sat down with me and explained what he had seen/found. There were so many things that easily could have been missed, but were not (cracks in bricks, gaps in siding, outlet issues, venting…) the main issues was I didn’t have air conditioned down in my basement. Carlo is the best, he save me more than $7000.00. I recommend Carlo to anyone who is about to purchase a house.
