His detailed documentation and explanation is unparalleled. He treats the inspection like it is his home. HIGHLY recommend him if you are buying a home. The only regret is that i did not find him before the drywall was up. Worth every penny.

See MoreHe was extremely thorough, professional, and spoke directly to me and in a way I would understand despite my lack of knowledge in the field. His report was thorough and full of examples and details that lacked from other home inspections. He was on time and spent his time showing us in person his findings. I never felt rushed or like I was annoying him. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND WILL USE HIM AGAIN FOR A RE-INSPECTION! Excellent service!

He was incredibly thorough in his inspection and explained his findings to us in detail--patiently answering all the questions we had as first-time home buyers--and he went the extra mile by returning a very detailed report to us very shortly afterward so that we could meet our deadline with the sellers. Highly recommend!
