I am a first time homebuyer and came across Talon Home Inspections online. I liked the report Carlo had posted on the website so I had an idea of what to look for/how he would conduct his inspection. I appreciated the time and effort Carlo invested in this home and have a much better idea of what was underneath the veneer. I especially appreciate the effort he put into getting into the attic to make sure it was checked, which was not an easy task. He walked us around the home during the review and answered questions we had to make sure we understood what was major and what could wait if we decided to proceed with the sale. I would definitely recommend him to someone looking to purchase a home.
