See MoreWe needed a home inspection done on short notice, and a friend of ours recommended Talon Home Inspections. Carlo worked to fit us in on the day we needed and did a fantastic job on the inspection. He is very thorough and professional, and gave us a very detailed report. This is our first house, and he really went the extra mile and discussed not only the issues he found, but also gave us a lot of information on general home maintenance and care. We were very happy with Carlo and would recommend him to anyone needing an inspection.

He was very friendly and professional, and considering the amount of work required by the size and condition of the home, he completed everything in a timely manner while maintaining the utmost attention to detail. Would absolutely recommend!

See MoreNot only was Carlo's inspection estimate very competitive, the thoroughness of the walk-through and inspection report absolutely exceeded my expectations. I'm a first time homebuyer and Carlo was extremely patient and kind while answering my questions. He would sometimes reference experiences when buying his own home when explaining faults or making recommendations with my new home. Carlo really impressed me with his excellent communication from the first phone call to his last follow up. I didn't feel like this was a transaction, Carlo made this an experience. I highly recommend Talon for anyone looking for a detailed, thoughtful and competent home inspection!
