I found Carlo/Talon Home Inspections using Thumbtack, an online resource for finding experienced professionals. He was great to call me and work to fit me in as best as he could. When he completed the review of the property, he was EXTREMELY thorough! He did a fantastic job, and I would definitely recommend him. His price was very affordable, too, which is the biggest reason why I chose him initially.

Talon Home Inspection is definitely the best I have seen. I called last minute for a home inspection, and Carlo set up an inspection for the next business day. He is the most thorough and detailed inspector I have ever seen, for a very reasonable price. He did a comprehensive inspection and complete walk through with me after it was over. His reports are incredibly detailed full with complete description and awesome pictures. Such a nice, personable guy with a great and positive attitude. Its refreshing to see someone actually enjoy his work! His inspection made me and my family very comfortable and familiar with the new house that we bought. He puts the consumer first. I can't wait to buy another home so I can use him again!

Carlo was amazing we all know home inspections can be stressful and scary sometimes but he was very detailed and covered everything with us before during and after the inspection he took his time and never rushed us it was great that he dedicated the entire day to us we were free to ask any questions anytime and he even agreed to come back and help us inspect the repairs that were made how awesome!!!!!! his expertise and knowledge was point on I couldn't have been more happy
