After he looked through the house he walked through the house with me, explaining what needed extra attention to and how things needed to be repair. Any questions I had he answered. Being a first ... See MoreCarlo was very through in the inspection. After he looked through the house he walked through the house with me, explaining what needed extra attention to and how things needed to be repair. Any questions I had he answered. Being a first time buying a home by myself it let me be a little bit more at ease that I could be on my own and take care of the repairs.

He communicated clearly about our appointment and showed up right on time. He gave a clear summary of the items he found when he was finished and sent us an incredibly detailed and helpful report the following day. The website he had was excellent and allowed you to review all the items and select which ones to request the sellers fix. It then generated a report to send to them or the realtor. It also provided helpful links to videos and guides on fixing various items on the report. We loved the book he gave us to help us keep up with maintenance and track improvements. This is our 4th house and it was hands down the best inspection and inspector we have ever dealt with. Highly recommend Carlo!

Carlo was professional, timely, and most importantly, very thorough. We received his report within 24 hours. It gave a very detailed picture of everything he went over the day before, with pictures showing any issues as well as descriptions of potential future problems. Would absolutely recommend Talon Inspections to anyone in need of a home inspection!
