We heavily researched contractors to perform a complete master bath remodel. Not having done a complete remodel before - we knew we needed help. The Regency process start to finish, with the assistance of unlimited access to their in-house design professional who made several visits to our house, helped us to create our dream master bath space.
When work began, we found the team professional and courteous - they treated our house as if it was their own (or better). We weren't nickled and dimed to death with change control fees (didnt have ANY additional fees) and whenever we had a slight change to anything at all, we were met with a resounding.. "yes, no problem, we'll make it happen!"
From start to finish, Regency made this such an easy no-stress project and resolved issues quickly and without additional cost to us.
Big thanks to Irick, Naz, Ivan and Sam for making this such an enjoyable experience. We honestly can't wait to do more with with them, thinking the Kitchen is going to be next.

Regency Home Remodeling created our dream bathroom! Bruce explained their process so well at the very beginning so there were no surprises. Their years of experience and professional reputation gave us access to the best suppliers to work with to pick out materials for our space. Their expert team of plumbers, electrician, and installers put all the pieces together as Sam managed our project and kept all the plates spinning to complete the project on-time. ON TIME! Everyone we worked with was professional, courteous and talented in their area of expertise. They showed up every day, on time and kept their equipment organized and cleaned up each day. This was the EASIEST home project we have done, yet it was one of the biggest. I just can't get over how simple they made it and how BEAUTIFUL our primary bathroom is now. We had regency do a full gut renovation on our master bathroom. It's been a couple of years now and the work has held up perfectly. We are so happy with the entire project. We’re just waiting for the next project to call them in on.
They all communicated extremely well and were so nice and helpful. Bruce is a really great guy, who kicked things off with our quote. He made no empty promises and set realistic expectations around time and budget.
Our main contractor, Jerry, was so awesome! He went above and beyond to fix tons of issues left behind by the previous homeowners. He was super focused on good quality work that clearly holds up. He sistered each rafter and totally out shined our expectations, especially when it came to tile work. He would check in with me each morning to update me on his plan for the day and let me know his progress at the end of the day. He was there promptly everyday like clockwork. Super dependable. He was a delight to work with. My 4-year-old adored him and still asks after him.
Bart the electrician was a total star cleaning up the bird’s nest of wires that was left behind from what looked like several rounds of non-professional work.
The plumbers also had quite the challenge. They basically took all the plumbing out leading to and in the bathroom and redid ever since inch. They work they did was extensive and excellent!
It's hard to live through construction especially big project like this. We did it when COVID was still very prominent and with an inquisitive 4-year-old. Even with all that and the standard disruption of renovations, it was a pleasure to work with this group.
I grew up around contractors and I spend good portions of my youth working with dry walling, mud, tape, sanding, and painting house (inside and out). This group is the first set of folks I’m calling to quote for my next reno project.

Regency remodeling completed an addition that included a family room, small bedroom and a full bath I'am extremly happy with the very high quality work it was flawless. I would give 6 stars if I could. Bruce was awesome for the initial consult and was helpful, they were much more competitive with all the other companies I got estimates from. Iwona was a big help in desigining and chosing options. Sam was around frequently to monitor the progress, easy to work with as far as finances and Kris was here everyday and could do everything necessary for a new addition. I'd recommend Regency strongly for anyone considering any type of addition.

After receiving recommendations from others in our neighborhood, we met with Bruce and contracted with Regency for a complete rehaul of our kitchen and one wall with new cabinets in our family room. Iwona then provided measurements and suggestions for the layout of cabinets. Sam and his team guided us through every step of this journey and we always felt we were in very capable hands. Greg was at our home promptly at 8:00 every day and always ready to work hard all day (as well as Mirek and others when needed). They were detailed and committed to meeting our high expectations, were as neat and protective of our home as possible, and cleaned up each day. Regency just completed a gut rehab of our bathroom. Main bath of a 1950s brick ranch. This bath had never been rehabbed and we wanted a walk-in shower. We did our homework and selected Regency for this project due to their estimate of costs, timeline, and our opening meeting with Bruce. they were extremely helpful with design and layout.
Sam, project manager, really went above and beyond, kept the project moving forward, patiently answered my endless questions, kept the crew and trades people lined up - plumbers, electricians, quartz fabricators, glass door makers etc… and they were all timely and professional. seamlessly pulling everything together.
But the star of the show was Kris. He was here everyday at 8 a.m. promptly. He was highly professional and detail oriented, easy to be around, cleaned up after each day’s work and just plain ol’ worked his butt off.
Regency kept to the 30 day timeline, except for when the scheduling of Evanston Inspections occasionally threw them slightly off track.
I just could not be more pleased with this project from beginning to end. I would absolutely recommend Regency to family and friends.

My wife and I recently contracted with Regency Home Remodeling perform a full renovation of our kitchen, front bathroom and replace the flooring through out our home. From the initial meeting to go over the work and develop the plan and cost, to the execution of our vision, the team from Regency were the utmost professionals. Regency just finished a remodel of our kitchen which included an upgrade of our electric service to 200 amp box. We love our new kitchen and have nothing but praise to Regency and their hard-working team. Our kitchen crew were diligent and careful craftsmen. The electrician was incredible and even brought a gas generator to keep us with power during the long day of transferring the power to the new box. And Regency was happy to pivot when some unexpected issues arose—these guys were great to work with and we highly recommend them for your remodeling needs.

We have done two jobs with Regency. We are super happy with the results. The two crews that we had were top notch, knowledgeable, professional and very respectful. They were always on top of things, making sure that the end result met our expectations. For the bathroom remodel the whole process was a delight. We can’t say enough good things about Sam, Greg and the entire Regency team. We did a full update of our lower level along with a bathroom on our main level. Our lower level was a space that had been stuck in the 70s that we seldomly used. Today, with the help of Regency, the 1,300 sq/ft space has been transformed into rooms that far exceeded our expectations. The lower level now includes a home theater, exercise studio and creative workshop, in addition to spa like bathrooms on both the lower and main floors.
