This was my first time in their store. The customer service was great. They did a fantastic job servicing my gravel grinder which isn't a Trek brand. Aside from all that I had asked them to do to my machine, they cleaned the bike and it looked brand new. I'm very satisfied with their services.

My wife and I bought 2 Electras around 2 years ago at Trek Waco. The bikes are great and have opened up a whole new world of biking possibilities for us. But even better than the bikes are the guys at the shop. The service has always been excellent. I recently took my wife’s bike in because her fender was rattling like crazy. They diagnosed the issue as the rivet holding the rear fender to the frame had pulled out (she had taken a spill a few months back). Kenneth fixed it literally better than what it originally was. Would highly recommend.

We stopped in because we have Elantra bicycles and spoke to Ralph who was very knowledgeable. He helped my wife pick out a mirror for her bicycle and showed her how o attach it. He showed me a bell/speaker and explained how he enjoyed his and the safety feature of using it as opposed to ear pods. We ended up buying a set of lights for my bicycle too. This would not have happened unless we had Ralph's experience and expertise. He is very friendly and professional. It's always nice to meet a fellow veteran. He is definitely a credit to your organization.
