We stopped in because we have Elantra bicycles and spoke to Ralph who was very knowledgeable. He helped my wife pick out a mirror for her bicycle and showed her how o attach it. He showed me a bell/speaker and explained how he enjoyed his and the safety feature of using it as opposed to ear pods. We ended up buying a set of lights for my bicycle too. This would not have happened unless we had Ralph's experience and expertise. He is very friendly and professional. It's always nice to meet a fellow veteran. He is definitely a credit to your organization.

We are all fairly new to biking and they’ve been helping us get the right equipment (not the most expensive, just correct), transparent, and honest with us! I took my daughter’s non-Trek bike to have some service done. They finished in less than an hour, and even did more than I asked when they noticed some minor things that needed attention (and didn’t try to charge me for it). Very helpful and courteous.

OK Trek Bicycles of Waco definitely your one stop shop. Needed help with my Garmin it was a dinasour one. Crawford and his team helped me out as I was having issues getting the Ironman course loaded on it. Definitely the place to go for top shelf service. This focus on quality is not found most places
