We stopped in because we have Elantra bicycles and spoke to Ralph who was very knowledgeable. He helped my wife pick out a mirror for her bicycle and showed her how o attach it. He showed me a bell/speaker and explained how he enjoyed his and the safety feature of using it as opposed to ear pods. We ended up buying a set of lights for my bicycle too. This would not have happened unless we had Ralph's experience and expertise. He is very friendly and professional. It's always nice to meet a fellow veteran. He is definitely a credit to your organization.

I took my daughter’s non-Trek bike to have some service done. They finished in less than an hour, and even did more than I asked when they noticed some minor things that needed attention (and didn’t try to charge me for it). Very helpful and courteous.
