Bought a used triathlon bike and brought it into Trek for a full once-over. The team went above and beyond. They replaced the brake housing, cleaned everything up, made sure the bike was safe and race-ready, and took the time to answer all my questions.
What impressed me most was how welcoming everyone was. Instead of treating me like a guy who brought in an older bike, the entire staff was excited about it and genuinely wanted to help. Multiple people commented on how cool the bike was and made the whole experience enjoyable.
The bike looks and rides better than I expected, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. With my first Olympic triathlon coming up, it’s a huge relief knowing the bike is dialed in and ready to go.
Highly recommend Trek to anyone needing service, whether it’s a brand-new bike or an older one you’re bringing back to life.

Got me a used Trek, not knowing anything about it. Got a flat 60 seconds in at Cameron Park. Didn't check the bike. I was glad I called and stopped by Trek Waco.
Ralph took excellent care of me and got my Dual Sport 1 ready to go. Ralph and Crawford went above and beyond. Thanks for your help and answering all my noob questions. Will definitely be back when I need something !

One constructive feedback note. The bike I purchased wasn't as "inspected" as I would have hoped. Now I do understand people test ride bikes, so take this with a grain of salt. Once I got the bike home I noticed some scratches on the wheel. This wasn't pointed out before hand. Additionally, I took the bike for spin down the street and back. I was hearing the front brakes rubbing. When I hung the bike is when I noticed the front wheel wasn't aligned correctly. Both were simple fixes, but could be avoided.
All in all, I had a wonderful experience shopping at the Waco Trek. I have now bought a bike from 2 locations and have had nothing but positive feedback for both customer service and product quality.

Walking into Trek is always a good time. There are a lot of bike stores out there, but Trek always makes you feel like you’re in the right place picking the right brand.
I live in the Houston area and usually frequent Trek for my road bike stuff, but while I was in Waco I got curious about getting into MTB riding. That’s where I met Ralph.
Super chill guy. He literally put me on about 8 different bikes across all price ranges just to make sure I made the right decision. I left after spending some time there, came back later that day, and knew I had to make the purchase through Ralph.
Great experience overall. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and laid back he was. He talked to me like a peer, not some tired, uninterested salesman trying to force a sale. He may be retired and just working there because he loves bikes, but honestly that’s exactly the kind of energy more bike shops need.
Too many places make you feel like an outsider if you’re not already part of their bike club culture. Ralph made the whole process easy and welcoming.
Can’t thank him enough. Glad to be rolling out with my new Marlin 5.
