I flew in from California for the Waco 70.3 Ironman, my bike was damaged in transit along the way. Only finding this out 5 hours before bike check in. I went to several shops and nobody could really help fix the bike let alone take it apart. However when I got to this trek shop they took everything apart found the root of the problem and diagnosed what everything for me. Unfortunately the piece that was broken was a custom part from canyon that wasn’t even available on their website. They also found a crack in my frame so ultimately it was a blessing in disguise. They ended up letting me borrow a new Madone for my race and I finished with a time of 5:17. They are life savers and I can’t thank them enough for everything. You can truly tell they wanted to help and felt bad they couldn’t fix my bike. They are good people and I wish them all the best and can’t thank them enough, please stop by they will take good care of you and ease your nerves when you are freaking out

Can’t say enough great things about this Trek shop. Crawford and his team are the best! Gave me some great tips on my bike accessories and when I upgrade from my Domane to the Madone…I’ll be making the trip up here. Great shop for the community on Waco!!

I'm 65 years old, so honestly I thought I'd walk in and be treated like a stupid old lady. But Crawford was amazing. He listened to exactly what I wanted and what my concerns were, and directed me to the exact kind of bike I was looking for. And never once did he treat me any way that made me feel like I was in the wrong place for my age. I looked around too, and could have bought the bike elsewhere cheaper, but his customer service is literally what made me want to buy there and support him and this business.

The guys at Trek Waco were great. Crawford is very knowledgeable and made sure to not only answer all my questions, but also make sure he offered other insight without trying to sway my decision on my bike. There were a few delays in the process, but Crawford made it a point to communicate everything proactively and kept me in the loop.
