I was very impressed with their honesty and transparency during the phone inquiry. When the team arrived, I could see they knew what they were doing and had the patience to explain everything. They were here for about an hour and resolved an issue that another plumber had failed to address. I also found their pricing structure to be fair. A report and receipt were sent to me the following day. I highly recommend their services.

Imagine you are headed to VCAT because the owner above won't fix their leaking balcony.
Then Callum came along, & worded the report so that there was absolutely no doubt which balcony is at fault.
I am now confident proceeding forward to VCAT, the report is more valuable than you know.
Having someone on your side, when the owner above sends you in a goose chase, Callum really was the person I needed to tell the reader EXACTLY what is going on.
I suspected the outcome for a while. No more goose chasing. It's time.

These are the best - don't go with anyone else. I paid for a different company originally and they couldn't locate the leak and rushed things - whereas 1300 FINDLEAK were the exact opposite - incredibly thorough and found the exact spot for the plumber to fix.
