Michael from FindLeak attended to my burst water pipe and found the leak within the hour. I watched how the acoustic probe he used located the sound of the leaking water under ground, with no visible evidence above. 100% recommended!

I had a leak that had 2 builders and 1 Roofer look at over a 2y period, advising me on several occasions where it was coming from, outlaid lots of money having the issues fixed and my house was still leaking. Oliver from 1300Find A Leak was here less then 1 hour, found the problem straight away and now I know what needs to be done to have the issue fixed. I wish I called these guys straight away instead of wasting my time and money on other so called professionals.

1300Findleak were very professional and thorough. They were great at reminding me of the appointed meeting time and phoned me when there was an issue with this (the representative was running early!). The representative was friendly and well presnted and performed a thorough inspection of the damp issue with thermal detecting instuments, ruling out rising damp. I was e-mailed a detailed report pinpointing the problem, their diagnosis of the ongoing effects and their suggested remedial course of maintenance. I reccommend 1300Finleak if you suspect any possible problems with your property.
