You guys came in CLUTCH. I believe Matt and Brittany helped me- the night before my first Tri I got a flat. It was slow in the shop, and Matt so very kindly walked me through changing a tube so I can hopefully do it myself next time! You guys are the BEST and I’ll be back for all my bike needs in the future!!!

Brittany and Matt (Goose!) were amazing!!! Brittany had great customer service and Matt was not only timely with service but was able to walk me through some steps after coming back minutes later from my mistake. Very understanding! I will be back for full service for sure!!!

What a wonderful bike shop with such positive vibes! I bought a new helmet and Brittany, the manager, called around to several stores to locate the color and make arrangements to get it there quickly. Truly wonderful customer service! I brought my daughter in the next day and she bought a few items and learned about different groups she could start riding with out of the shop.

We took in our bikes for a routine maintenance because we had not ridden them in about three years, plus one of the tires was flat. We were very happy with the service, plus the staff was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

Had a really good experience at this bike shop. The person helping me out was super nice and answered all my questions. I needed my seat adjusted but he noticed my tires were low and filled them no problem. For someone newish to the cycling community, I felt like he took his time explaining things to me and I will absolutely be back.

I had a great experience at Trek in Manayunk. Goose helped me pick out a bike that makes sense for my needs. He was very patient and knowledgeable. I was able to test ride a few different bikes around town. Great customer service, great bike options.

Through the Pedal & Shine women’s group, I discovered Trek Manayunk (I’d passed a thousand times but never went in) Absolutely stellar service. Very nice and patient, I feel that they explained everything to me thoroughly and went above and beyond to ensure I understood. I got a level 2 tune up and some upgrades (waxed chain, tubeless system, new tires and bar tape). It was a pretty quick turn around especially in peak season, and my bike felt BRAND NEW! when I picked it up. Highly recommend the chain waxing service, and getting your regular maintenance done here. They will take care of you and while being cost conscious.
