As always, my experience at Trek, Manayunk, was positive. I had some issues with my tires and without hesitation, Drew took my bike and made the necessary repairs. I appreciate that the work was done on the spot, because I live 25 minutes from the shop, and did not have to come back to pick up the bike. Also, I am now able to ride weekend.

My complimentary service was about to expire and I received a text from Drew advising me that it was about to expire and that I can bring it in at any time for the service! I don’t know of many bike shops that would have done that, but I thought that was exceptional service and my bike was tuned up like it was new!
