The staff couldn’t have been more polite and helpful! Pete explained EVERYTHING to my 11 year old so that he understood what was wrong, and how it would be fixed. My son said his bike brakes “were phenomenal” when we picked it up after service. I don’t know anything about bikes…and the staff was so knowledgeable and patient. They really were so amazing!!!! We’re definitely customers for life!
