Excellent professional service! I had yellow jackets who suddenly decided my eaves where the place to be. Josh/Issaquah Pest & Home Services were out within a day and took care of the problem. Josh was very knowledgeable on the subject and passed some of that on to me, which I was appreciative on. He did his work competently and left me feeling good about the work. At the recommendation of a friend, we contacted Issaquah Pest Control to see if they could help us with an in ground wasp nest. Cal came to our house and treated the area where we found the nest, as well as walk around our home to see if there could possibly be any other nests. He was super friendly and explained how the product he was using would rid us of the wasps. We will definitely use them again if needed and recommend Issaquah Pest Control!

Whenever he comes, he truly listens to whatever pest issue I have and takes the time to be compassionate no matter how trivial the issue may be. He walks me through the treatment plan and goes above and beyond! He’s worked on my house and my daughters and we love having him around. If you go with Issaquah pest, always request Josh!

I have had a very positive experience so far working with Issaquah Pest Control. The woman I spoke with over the phone to schedule services was very knowledgeable and kind and patiently answered my many questions. She was very upfront about pricing and the included work.
I just had the first of three rodent trapping services and was serviced by Josh who was professional and friendly and seemed to do a thorough job. He was also flexible and happy to comply with our request to not use glue traps, even after he had already set them and removed them without any issue. We’ll have to wait and see how the actual pest control goes but so far very happy with the customer service and the team members I’ve interacted with.

Brandon from Issaquah Pest Control took care of a large and difficult to access, yellow jacket nest and 2 wasp nests on my property. Even though he got stung he continued to rescue items off my porch before spraying. He did quality work for an affordable price. What I will never forget is how genuinely sympathetic Brandon, the owner Todd and staff were when they heard my husband recently passed away. Being the family oriented business that they are they decided to reimburse me for their services and even sent a sympathy card. I highly recommend Issaquah Pest Control!

I called Issaquah Pest Control because we are having wasp issues in our backyard. Josh came yesterday and inspected our backyard and explained the treatment and how it works and he also removed the wasp nests. Josh was great - he was on time and professional. Today, I saw a couple dead wasps in the area … I’m hoping the treatment resolves our issue after a few weeks.

We've utilized their quarterly service for several years, and they've always been prompt, professional, and effective. Major explained how to get rid of the moisture ants in the kitchen, and chose the bait/poison that would rid us of the infestation. He went about his business quickly, sprayed behind the refrigerator, where they were entering the house from the nest in the wall. He also recommended a brief perimeter spray just to make sure they were not coming into the house from outside.
He was friendly, and very professional. I appreciated his advice and suggestions for follow-up visits if needed.

I highly recommend Issaquah Pest Control for their exceptional service in dealing with a wasp infestation on my property. From the moment I contacted them, their professionalism and expertise were evident. Jaz and Alex arrived on time as planned (they even called me some time before the appointment to make sure it was ok). The technicians were well-informed about wasp behavior and eradication methods. They thoroughly explained the treatment plan, ensuring I understood the process.
They successfully eliminated the wasp nest, and the property has been wasp-free since their visit. They also gave me some recommendations on how to prevent them coming back in the future.
They also followed up after the service to ensure the problem was completely resolved. I had a few wasps coming back (neighbor problem) and they immediately took care of it.
