I had a great bike fit session with Cynthia Stewart recently. Her expertise was apparent immediately with the questions she asked and the analysis she did. We discussed my past injuries and the knee problems I was having during long rides. She analyzed my riding with sensors connected to a computer program. She identified that my knees were further over my toes than they should be and that my feet tended to collapse inward after riding for awhile. I never would have figured those issues out myself. She corrected the issues with new clipless shoes to position my feet correctly and with supportive (and comfortable) arches for my shoes. She even offered to replace the handlebar tape on my bike.
