Enjoying my journey so far, as a beginner I’ve tried numerous web sites and I can say Tony’s has been the one I’ve stuck with and learned the most. Still a long road ahead but I’m determined to get there. Thanks

I haven't touched my guitar in 30 years and originally quit because I felt I wasn't making much progress with once a week in person lesson.My brother-in-law recently picked up a guitar again after a long pause so I thought I could try it as well.I checked the introduction to TAC and felt like this is something that might work for me because I can do it with my own pace and can always go back to recheck if I'm not sure if I got it right away.I signed up for a year and it has been well worth the investment already.I've just finished my first week with both fretboard challenge and the 30 days to play and I'm totally hooked. Instructions are very clear and I feel that I'm learning new stuff all the time. Only problem I've been having is that my fingertips are getting sore so I can't practice as much as I wanted to.

I like TAC to the point I am missing my daily guitar challenge when I am traveling for leisure ! Why ?The teaching process is well structured and makes sense.Tony is a guitar geek and - maybe more important - a great communicator.Each challenge session comes with an explanation/demo, a tablature and an opportunity to practice with Tony.The sessions are focused and laid back at the same time.And it is comforting to be reminded that striving for perfection hinders learning.So, I am hooked.

The program is great, I really like how it's setup. The half speed on the videos helps tremendously. I've played a long time, it's a good refresher and learning experience. I do find it tough to maneuver through the program, but I'm 65 and not real tech savvy. Love the program, keep them coming Tony.

Having only been a member for less than two weeks, I can already say that I am hooked. I'm over halfway through Tony's 30 days to play and love everything about it. His approach of skipping scales, theory and spider exercises - and just diving into getting you actually playing is great! Each lesson is short but has meaning... and it is followed up with playthroughs that solidify the lesson. I love that there are multiple speeds for the playthroughs as well. Each lesson builds on to each other providing a very clear path!! Tony's approach to teaching is very smooth and precise... he clearly demonstrates everything in a very calming manner. I can't wait to dive deeper into his programs.... I would recommend Tony's programs to players of all levels.

TAC has provided a vehicle for me to learn guitar skills in a no-pressure environment with a proven technique of creating a guitar-playing habit that increases my guitar skills. I like that I get to "meet" with the online teacher everyday with the understanding that if I can only give 10 minutes a day, I'll still be making forward progress. That understanding takes the "have to" out of learning so I can concentrate on the "enjoyment" part, and fun is a great motivator! I tend to beat myself up when I'm trying to learn a new skill, and Tony, the teacher, seems to have "been there" and constantly encourages the learner not to look at learning in that way. Because he doesn't pressure me to be perfect, I tend not to pressure myself either and other TAC learners are there to cheer me on as well. So, I've signed up for another year and this time added the Fretboard Wizard lessons as well.
