Each week we have a new improvisation challenge. Tony provides scale examples example like A minor pentatonics, or G Major or a harmonized scale, then provides a backing track for us to solo over using the scales we’ve learned. It is very fun!With all the practice with the scales I am able to amuse myself playing solos over songs of my choosing.

Doing the Daily Challenges for about a year and a half now along with Fretboard Wizard has really helped my guitar routine and enabled me to become a better player. I have done a few open mics and the lessons have improved the interpretation of the songs I chose. I recommend Tony's Acoustic Challenge and Fretboard Wizard for guitar players of all levels.

Tony is so gifted in teaching without pressure. He always gives a confidence boost and teaching in increments is ideal. I have more confidence in my playing and also pick things up much quicker because of this lesson series. Keep up the great work Tony!!

I really joined TAC on a hope and a prayer that the program would help me to play better. I waited to do this review, to ensure I could be honest with what I was saying. After almost 3 months of daily challenges or working through the skills courses, I feel like I am learning how to really play the guitar. I am not talking about playing on the first 3-5 frets; I am talking all over the fretboard. The challenges were put together with purpose. At first I wasn't getting that. However, after 3 months, I am getting it. Its truly an awesome learning program if you work it as explained in the first 30 days. Also, the community is great. If you take the time to engage with the community, you will enjoy it even more. With a big smile and my foot planted solid - I would recommend this program to anyone.

As I said in an earlier comment I went back to the earlier classes and it is going a whole lot better hitting the right strings. Speed isn't quit there yet but that will come.Best advice is move on at your own pace and feel comfortable doing it.
