Tony, this has been almost perfect for me. The only problem I have is I can’t get the sheet music and your video up together on my iPad. Also I used to get one days lesson once a week when I went to someone so I’m not great at keeping up with the week. But knowing I can really go at my own pace is very gratifying. I bought a new Taylor 50th anniversary 912 ce and it sounds great! This method is perfect for my lifestyle and after setting down my guitar 30 years ago, my figers are working better and the little knowledge I retained has helped me to keep up to some degree.

I’ve done at least 10 minutes a day with a couple missed days along the way on the 30 day start up and the 5 day challenge. I certainly don’t feel like I mastered each of the lessons but believe in Tony that they will be used in the future and I’ll have an another go at the lessons. I’ve started the weekly’s and find it a challenge to go even at the slower pace but love the chord transitions the best. After tuning I just like to strum 8-10 different chords to practice transitions. Vacations will start to get in the way but when back home plan to do some reviews and further weekly challenges. Thanks Tony. Love your strategies and positive attitude. Regards, Bill

Have been through all the intro stuff. Ready to start the 30 day challenge but… I am going to Alaska for ten days and since my wife won’t let me buy a plane ticket for my new guitar, I am going to wait until mid June to start. Note, I am playing/poking everyday until I go.

I love everything about this so far and am eager to continue !! But right now, I'm confused about where to go next. I've completed the Course Overview, and the Primer: Tuning, Technique and Tab.Do I next complete the 5 Day Guitar Routine Challenge?Or go to Week 1 - Learn the Basics of Guitar with the Blues? Thanks for helping.

Learning the new finger position of chords makes it much simpler to change and keep the chord progression easier to follow! Thanks TAC

I have struggled to learn guitar off and on since 1978, lessons in the mid 80s, that just focused on learning a song, not mechanics, techniques, or Why's and How's. Guitar Friends that have helped, but not really teachers. I learned Cords and individual notes on the fretboard and I used the guitar "alone" as a meditation mostly just playing notes to song I love and trying to strum. The biggest thing was I never really knew what to do with my right hand. I have learned more in the past three weeks hear at TAC than I have learned in over 45 years and I have understood and enjoyed each lesson. I love how Tony breaks down songs into teachable learnable bites of Technique, Licks, Rythem, Cords, and more. It has helped me see music in a totally different way. I am having fun with my guitars again, instead of them collecting dust on a wall. I look foward every morning to getting up, getting my coffee and starting my next day at TAC. Thank you Tony for being the teacher that I have ne
