I signed up with Tony about 3 weeks ago. I am so glad I did. He takes guitar teaching little bites at a time. I like that. Some teachers give you a whole bunch of junk every day to practice. I am still a little overwhelmed, but not as bad with Tony as I was with the others I joined.

I've started and stopped playing guitar a few times and really want to get back to it. This program has been so helpful in getting me away from the perfectionism that sometimes plagues me - I'm really enjoying this so far! I've got a simple routine of sitting down with my guitar and my morning coffee and sometimes it's 10 minutes, sometimes a bit longer...but I find myself looking forward to it.

Just ending week 1, and enjoying learning new ways to pick and strum and seeing the blues patterns. Haven't mastered anything yet, but it's fun getting back to guitar after many on-off sessions in past. I hesitated to join until I read many independent reviews of the program and majority were quite positive. I liked the cost and am trusting in your method! What I love is your emphasis on enjoyment over "practice into the dirt", and especially your "progress over perfection". I'm a perfectionist by nature and that is so liberating for me. Plus, I reward myself after every session and that's working, too! So far, so good!

Am really enjoying this class! I’m “coming back” to the guitar after a long absence and am having a blast with these lessons! I appreciate the clear explanations & the ability to review/forward to parts that are of specific interest to me. I’m a life-long learner, so any new info is very welcome! Who knew, for instance, that you can play the G chord with your pinkie? The blues riffs are lots of fun! I look forward to learning more… playing with others is great… but the guitar is also very satisfying to play when one’s alone. That being said, I’m looking forward to jamming with my brother & nephews again one of these days!

After decades of dipping my toes in the water but letting life get in the way, I truly believe I have found the best system 😁. Just the very first lesson starts me on a blues shuffle 😜. Happy days!!!
