I think TAC is the best online guitar learning sights that is available.Tony has incredible patients and his tone of voice RESIGNATES pure compassion. I'm so glad I signed up for this.I have tried many but TONYS is the best you just keep following his lessons and remember to pick up your guitar everyday.

I am still slowly rehabbing from neck surgery. Both arms, hands, and fingers are weak weak and partially numb. Hard to form chords. Trying very hard to gain movement and strength. I feel guilty that I can’t practice.

Learning guitar has always been on my bucket list. As a senior with absolutely no music experience at all I am able to understand and make my way through the lessons slowly. I am enjoying the lessons and I’ll be continuing through the lessons as laid out.

I'm into my second month of the weekly guitar challenge, having done the 30 days to play and the 5 days in between. I'm doing what Tony encourages, making it most days to listen to the lesson and then spend at least 10 minutes, which usually becomes 30, working on the lesson. I personally find it better for me to go to the tablature to practice rather than try to keep pace with the Tony, though I do go back to that sometimes. Then I, often reluctantly, mark it complete. And guess what? Tony is right, I'm improving, picking things up faster, finding my way around the fret board and it's all sounding better even though I have not become anywhere near perfect at any of the lessons on the way. Two things really, this is just for me to improve my guitar skills, and learn and grow and enjoy, I don't have to perfect it for anyone else or anything else, and at 68 I think it's really good for my brain to keep it working and active and creative. And also a third thing, this is really fun!

I was looking for guitar lessons/education that would take me bit by bit to being better player. Tony's acoustic challenge has done just that! He introduces new things steadily in a broken down fashion that builds to something neat. He also emphasizes that trying new things versus mastering one thing before moving on is key to expanding your abilities and I have found that to be true. Highly, Highly recommend!!!!
