I was hesitant to sign up for TAC because I am currently signed up for another course online. I didn't want to pay for the same thing twice. After reading up on TAC and getting a week of lessons I knew I had to go all in with TAC. While my other service offers courses that I can choose from they didn't offer the daily challenges that make Tony's Acoustic Challenge so powerful. It has been a true challenge for me every lesson. I am consistently improving in the basic skills. I'm a newb so these skills are critical for my future as a guitar player. I had no idea how important they are before I started learning from Tony.What I love most about TAC is the encouragement to play on a consistent basis. The commitment to consistency is a value I have started to apply to other areas in my life. While I am new to guitar and find the lessons valuable and challenging, I can appreciate how TAC would be beneficial for anyone who wants to improve their level of play.

I feel like I'm behind most of the time but with sore fingers and trying to get finger to go where they are suppose to, I'm going to make it sooner or later.

After focusing on playing fingerstyle guitar and taking lessons both live and on line for 12 years I was stuck in a rut and was seriously ready to stop playing. Guitar was just no longer fun and I had hit a spot where I was practicing like crazy and not improving. Watched Tony's video about his course and actually laughed out loud when he showed all the books he had tried and put aside. (I had many of them also.) So I decided to give his course a try and found myself once again starting to enjoy playing guitar. The lessons are fun and challenging. I was practicing but not 2-3 hours a day and stopped beating myself up. Thanks Tony for restoring my interest in playing and learning.

I’ve been pulling the guitar out for over ten years now dusting it off never really getting anywhere. TAC was an instants hit with me… having a little background to play chords helped me to catch on fairly quickly which made it fun again. It started with Neil Young’s Old Man…I was blown away ever since!

TAC is exactly what I needed. I have great equipment, tons of guitar books and online courses...but where was I going with it? With TAC, there is a challenge waiting for me every morning after coffee and emails. A new skill to learn with a clear direction for the week. The challenges build on the new skills and before you know it you are playing pretty good. I have only been at it for a few months but I can honestly say this approach works.
