I'm actually excited to pick up the guitar when i get home and play all the things I've learned, then log in when i have a few extra minutes to learn something new. I'm not a big fan of the blues so some of these lessons are more of an ugh to me, but I'm getting there! I started with a guitar that I've had for almost 20 years in my closet. My fingers were so painful i almost gave up...i took it in to see if the action was too high. It was waaaay to high but it was because the bottom was coming unglued. It was crazy $ to get reglued but instead had them take me to the acoustic guitar room. Wow! I found a Mitchell for just over 100.00 on clearance and it sounds so much more different than the old one! I'm glad i took it in instead of being frustrated and quitting. I love my new guitar, and it's SOOOOO much easier to play. I love the course!

I’ve been noodling for over a decade with my biggest issue is time and knowing what to practice. TAC gives me focus and motivation to stick with it. I can carve out 10 minutes a day and his lessons are engaging. Plus Tony’s attitude and demeanor makes it enjoyable to watch the videos. Thanks for the tools and inspiration! Guitar On!!

Just joined. I am 68 years old and took up the guitar to help my fingers keep supple. The fretting exercises in the blues section are certainly helping with that. I haven't started on the course proper and already I am feeling the benefits. My aim is just to be able to play a recognizable tune and the progress from there. Must say I did not think there was so much memorizing of patterns and note recognition which will hopefully keep my brain ticking over as well. Impressed so far. Cannot wait to see my progress at day 30.

I'm 77 years old and have been just strumming on my classical nylon string guitars for years. Well, here I am and I now have a Fender Acoustic guitar that I got for Christmas two years ago. The steel strings and thinner neck combined to make it very difficult at first, but I'm now, 2 months in, finally seeing improvement. I've tried other methods but would get bored and just quit. I still have lots of room for improvement but I won't give up. I play everyday and have the callouses to prove it. The key is practice, practice, practice. This is a fun course. Thanks, Tony.

I had some guitar experience from high school but honestly haven’t really played until buying this course. It has motivated me to try and play daily and learn something new daily. While I have popped in and out of the course while learning a new song that incorporated what I had learned I always go back to the course for motivation and learning. This is a wonderful environment to push yourself and learn. I have had private lessons (high school) and tried other courses (fender) being the last. This course blows them all away. Highly recommend this to anyone but especially the over 50 set who may have dabbled with the guitar.
