I knew the first few lessons in the 30 Days to Play section would be review as I was already familiar with the chords. That said, as I walked through the first week with Tony, I learned some valuable practice techniques as well as a few new fun ways to alter the chords. Looking forward to the next 3 weeks and beyond.

I have been doing Tony's Acoustic Challenge for 3 years and I love it. Since I was a teenager I've always had a guitar but never really got much beyond strumming chords to familiar songs. Since joining TAC my skills and knowledge have increased dramatically. I'm playing a lot more and have improved considerably. TAC has also improved and I love the new format of applying specific skills to a song.

I like the lessons, they are very well planned, with a great mixture of stuff we need to learn, and an excellent variety of music. I find most of them a little too easy, but still valuable techniques. In the song vault, I would like to find some more difficult material.

Only a week in and I am loving it....no more drills and grinding practice. Learn something new every challenge and continue to build and add during the week.

Today marks day 300 for playing sessions! I love how the 5 day challenges lay side by side with the Fret Board Wizard. My mind is blown away when I reflect back to day one week one, 30 day challenge. No more blistery sore fingers, some day's especially on Improvisation Wed. I end up playing for hours! On weekends I sometimes loose track of time. Even my wife will come in the room and say, WOW that sounds good. Thank you Tony and TAC family for helping me to build a strong foundation and a love relationship with playing guitar.
