Tony's challenge has gotten me out of my comfort zone and helped me to develop skills that I have always dreamed of having. It's still a long road but I look forward to learning more each day! Great teaching style!!

I am just completing the 30 Days to play and dipped my toe into the Daily Challenge (Hotel California). I have to say my fingers hurt but they are slowly hardening. Tony's TAC approach is really working for me. I tried to learn the guitar about 6 years ago and experienced exactly what Tony described in feeling guilty and letting my tutors down through lack of practice and poor performance. The TAC approach has demonstrated to me that I can have fun and enjoy my time on the guitar. in fact I now feel I am missing something if I miss a day not picking up my guitar. In the few short weeks I have been part of the TAC community I have, for example, shifted from feeling it is impossible to hit a string with my "pinkie" to a sense that I can not only do that but I can do it consistently and with increasing ease. I am a long way from playing a guitar with a degree of consistency competently but I am on a journey and I am seeing regular improvements and I am enjoying the whole experience.

Just joined a few weeks ago. I haven't kept up with my daily challenges yet but I will get there. I have already learned to correct mistakes I have been making. Such as don't twist the guitar so that you can look down at the fret board. And I always wondered why I had a hard time reaching the low E string. A well duh moment. Simple corrections like that is helpng alot and I know I will enjoy whats coming ahead just in learning good basic techniques. Thak you Tony for putting this program together.

I just started so I’m only a week in. It’s a little confusing on trying to find what you are supposed to be working on so I haven’t figured that out yet. Hopefully it gets easier to navigate.

I have fiddled around for the last 60 years, trying to learn how to play a guitar. I am now 84 years old and I am still trying. This time, though I am finally succeeding. The consistency of the acoustic challenge keeps bringing me back every day and the small progressive steps I’m experiencing is definitely the way to learn to play a guitar. It’s the fun way also. i’m looking forward to the next 60 years of playing the right way
