I have done the lessons pretty diligently for over two years. I think this is a great method. tony does great work and his approach works for me. I cannot recommend this enough to help establish a regular regimen and have a good time doing it. This does not feel like work.

As a child of the 60's, I grew up with garage bands. I started "playing" guitar as a teenager, but like most of us, I picked up a few things here and there. I knew throughout my life that I had never learned how to really play. As a retiree, I decided that I was going to learn to play the right way. I was confused as to how to begin. That's when I discovered Tony's Acoustic Challenge. I am not very far in, but already I have learned more than I did in a lifetime of going back to what was familiar and easy. I find myself picking my guitar up several times a day because playing the blues shuffle makes me feel proud of myself. Thanks Tony! I Can't wait to see what is next.

I’ve tried to teach myself to play guitar for years, even took lessons for a bit, but the way that Tony puts together the daily challenges keeps me coming back for more! It is fun, challenging and I have learned so much about guitar playing and now consider myself a guitar player!

I'm a brand new guitar player with no prior knowledge of any musical instrument. To this point I've found the experience to be enlightening and easy to follow. Tony is easy to listen to, appears extremely knowledgeable and the instruction is on a level I can understand and relate to.

So far it has been exhilarating. I have played guitar before but for the last 15 years abandoned the guitar to play bass guitar. I wanted to learn again from scratch. TAC has renewed my enthusiasm to play again.
