When I signed up for this course I had already learned the fundamentals of guitar and was ready to move to the next level but could not find a group class that could accommodate that. Then I looked all over the Internet and found many qualified Instructors but when I looked at the course outline and quarterly on-line meetings, I decided to sign up with T.A.C. Guitar Challenge. So far I have been able to do some review and worked on clarity and accuracy of chords. My biggest challenge was working on Alternate Blues Picking Looking back, I made a good decision and I'm committed to do the work needed to get me to the campfire level. Thanks, Tony.

Tony, I am 67 years old and I’ve wanted to play the guitar since sixth grade. Growing up in the 70s, I love rock ‘n’ roll music and the blues. And the acoustic and electric is my favorite instrument. I’m retired now and decided why not give it a try and I found your course via Facebook. I’ve been added for a couple of months and I love it. I love the way that you teach and always trying to push us, and just trust the process. Although I must admit, I do get a bit frustrated sometimes because the old hands and mind just don’t move as fast as I want them to. I will continue to stick with it.

I had been stuck for a while moving my E blues scale forward….. what to do with it, how to do it, how to get my confidence up, a backing track and everything was structured this last week in my TAC program. I am excited about the program. Tony is a gifted teacher. Thank you.

I was nervous about signing up for lessons but Tony makes playing as I learn fun. The on-site instructor I was with made me feel like I was spinning wheels and getting no where. With what I'm learning now has given me confidence in becoming a guitar player.

So pleased to have found this site! I took guitar lessons 25 years ago & honestly felt completely inept, unable to grasp the concept of rhythm, chords, well anything. Always left the lesson feeling beaten down & always like I was traveling uphill. Not surprising, I gave up. I kept my guitar, always with the intent of trying again. I retired & intended to restart my guitar journey but procrastinated, afraid of failure & not certain I knew how to try a different way. The universe was on my side & I randomly came across Tony’s website. I listened to his 30 minute sell & decided to give him a try. What did I have to lose? Financially the investment was more than reasonable. Wow! I have not even completed the first lesson & I’ve already learned so much. I feel confident & comfortable with my guitar. I don’t dread spending time with Tony, I don’t feel inept or unteach able. I can do this!! Thank you!! I’m looking forward to moving forward to becoming a guitarist 😊
