Just finished my first week! As a bass player I thought I could pick up a guitar and watch YouTube and work it out. That was a bad idea that wasted a year. I learned TAC is the way in one week. Not only what to practice that day but how to practice it. I did the daily challenges and then noodled things I knew, the next day I would do the daily challenge, then the stuff from the day before (it was much better) then noodle more. Five straight days and I can't wait for Monday.
