I really don’t know if it’s right to leave 5 stars since I just joined. I feel it’s mostly up to me making sure I apply myself and be diligent to give it a 5 star rating. That being said, I like the sessions. They’re short and to the point. You can go back over them when you want to and move at your own pace. At this point, it’s still a challenge to arrange time to play as it hasn’t become what I would call “fun” yet, but I’m learning at a rate where I think it is not too far in the future for it to be so. I’m glad I joined, I have a beautiful Taylor that’s just been sitting here because I never really mastered it and then got bored playing the same old things. I hope this time I can do it justice.

So far, so good! The TAC program has me excited for what's next, every day. As a lifelong beginner who has taken lessons in person, this program allows me the freedom to explore. Given that my TAC journey has only been a week I don't want to get too far ahead of myself. My goal is to be able to sound like I know what I'm doing this summer...... Beyond that, who knows...

I am about to hit my two year anniversary or being part of Tony's Acoustic Challenge and have learned so much. When I first started, I could play general chords and had a decent repertoire of covers along with others I've written. In the last two years, I have written at least 20 new songs using the skills from this program. I can now play up and down the fretboard, connect the dots of music theory, play individual notes with pick accuracy, palm mute, use vibrato, solo over a backing track, use alternative tuning, and use a slide. I've never been this consistent in playing and I'm currently on a 160 day playing streak. The challenges are fun, Tony is personable/relatable, and the community is kind.

I like the structure of the program that allows for some flexibility at the same time. Managing expectations is important and the program does that well.

Hi TAC team. I enjoy this method of learning. I find I am learning and applying these scales, chords and lessons to my guitar playing. I have alot to learn but find I can rythm to most of my favorite songs. Trying to get my slow hand to move faster to be more confident in solos and electric guitar. Love to join in as much as possible during the busy week. Thanks

I have found this program to be a wonderful fit for the way I learn. I love the way the daily challenges are linked and knowing they will come back around so I can do a progress check is a wonderful idea.I love the concept of spending a minimum of 10 minutes ( I usually do more) on learning and applying something new that I can link together at the end of the week. In addition the skill builders allow me to work on problem areas I might be facing in my practice. I give this program 2 thumbs up! (Hint, hint....I am hoping there will be a discount offering for Fretboard Wizard in the near future.....
