After a bad experience with permanent eyeliner at a different place, I came to Nicole and could not be happier! She’s so sweet, very professional, and very very thorough and detail-orientated. She’s very generous with numbing / pain-relieving cream — it’s very important to her that her clients are comfortable and she makes the process as pain-free as possible. My eyeliner looks perfect and I will absolutely come back to Nicole for other beauty treatments, and I’ll be referring everyone to her!!
