100% best customer experience. I found my insurance broker was charging me a post Covid tax. My premiums were rising $100 per year. When I contacted Smart Business Insurance I was flustered and unsure exactly what my business needed, insurance is not my thing. Then Hayley came into the picture. Hayley quickly made sense of all my requirements, asking all the right questions. Put together a realistic outcome at the end of the call. I was then quoted a premium which was better than I have ever paid and feeling comfortable I was in safe hands. I should have changed years ago, I really thought it would be difficult. Hayley was absolutely amazing at getting me great value quotes for indemnity and cyber insurance. I’d never done anything like insurance before and was finding the whole process very confusing, but Hayley made it easy.
