We have been a client of Office Machine Consultants for years and have always had excellent service. Whenever I call, the receptionist is friendly, informative and able to direct me to the correct department efficiently. The service department is top notch - very rarely are they not able to come the same day (usually then it's because it's beyond my office hours). We just got a new printer, and Tom, the owner, was on site during the whole installation / training process. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a copier (or any of their other services).
