Trek Shawnee has been an amazing resource. My experience has been exceptional. On one bike, they showed me how, and had me repeat, hands on, how to do a minor maintenance item. Friendly and helpful. I much appreciated the learning experience. Then brought in two other bikes for tune-up, which they explained what and why component service was needed, and willing to help me prioritize how much to do and defer. I left each time better informed. This is a great group of service techs. Thank you! Highly recommend!

Marybeth was wonderful to work with. I had an old tri bike that had been sitting unused for years and she was wonderful on the suggestions of what was best for the tune up. When I picked up the bike, it was so great and made me want to immediately go take a ride. Very friendly and helpful!

I took my bike in for service and while I was waiting I decided to shop around a little. I had the pleasure of working with James who really has a passion for cycling and helped me decide on the model and frame size that would work best for me. He then set me up with a test ride. Due to several factors, I decided to make a purchase that day and ended up brining home a new Trek Bike. All in all, this store is amazing the staff is all highly knowledgeable and is passionate about cycling. They now have another customer for life!
