had an amazing experience shopping here—welcoming place, informative and helpful sales staff (thanks Sam!) that wasn’t pushy at all. 10/10! our 6 year old had as much fun test-riding around the parking lot as we did.

The staff at theTrek store in Shawnee, KS has always been excellent, and our recent service visit was no exception. We dropped off our Trek bikes for some winter service so that we can hit the road when it warms up, and they did a great job, on time, and with a smile. Overall it was about as good as it gets. These folks know about bikes, and, more importantly, they know how to treat customers like friends. Well done! it was, as usual, an A experience.

The store is easy to get to and has a great selection of Trek bikes, clothing, and accessories. I really appreciated the display of the local bike trails, and the customer service was fantastic. I'll definitely be back!

I stopped in to test ride a couple of e-bikes. I said from the beginning I wasn’t quite ready to purchase. James was so kind and helpful…no pressure at all. Answered my questions and encouraged me to try the bikes out. Much appreciated!

Recently I had Trek of Shawnee Mission (the purchasing location) work on my Trek, Carbon FX4, due to the cable guide(s) on the bottom of the BB. The bike was new in April of 2021 and has about 1200 miles on it now. The cable guide had come loose from its’ mount and now the cable was going to start to cut into the frame. After the mechanic looked at the problem, he created a fix and promptly repaired the problem. So far, it has worked. He also checked the rear hub for what I thought was an abnormal sound, checked the chain for stretch, and did a tune up on the rear derailleur. This was a no charge repair and I very much appreciate the customer service. Good customer service is worth its’ weight in gold in my book and will not be forgotten. It’s good to be able to take your bike to a place where people care about their work and have a good work ethic. Trek needs to address this problem at a factory level. I am sure this is a systemic problem on this bike.
