I worked with Bri at Dash and she was very kind and informative. I had a lot of questions throughout the whole process and she took the time to explain everything. She also let me know if there was something better I could do, like buying down our interest rate or choosing a certain type of loan, which was very helpful for us as first time home buyers. She was responsive and kept us as informed as possible. Our closing was extended just a couple days, but I've read that the underwriters and really, everyone involved in real estate, are very overwhelmed right now. Overall, they worked as quickly as possible to get us into our new home ASAP. The Dash portal is also easy to use and helpful for managing the documents.
