Aaron Richardson was awesome to work with. The entire process was open and the only hiccup we faced was outside of their control. Dash Home Loans is very quick to respond to any inquiries and is always there to help. We thank you so much for the process and will highly recommend your services to anyone looking for a home. Patience is definitely key in today's world with COVID going on and we ended up being delayed only one day, as stated it was outside of their control. Very glad I chose DASH HOME LOANS to purchase our home. Once we finally have our house warming party Aaron and those who helped will definitely be welcome, once cooler weather arrives first.

I just bought my second home and was recommended to use Dash by my realtor and I worked with Amy L.; she was wonderful to work with! She answered all my emails in a timely manor and would even call me to make sure I was good and understood everything that was going on. I closed on my house within a month and everything went smooth. Only complaint is I closed on my house on July 13th and I’m still receiving automated emails to upload my ID that I’ve uploaded twice to try to get that email to stop.. 🤷♀️ still a great company and would definitely recommend. 😊
