Omg, this would not have happened for us if it weren't for Dash Home Loans. Another lender gave us the runaround for 3 entire months, why we will never know. But we don't care because Dash Home Loans and Crystal Clark is the ishhh. We will forever be grateful to this at dash for helping us realize a dream. Thank you guys forever. You go into the process knowing there will be some hoops to jump through, with Courtney as our lender, there were no surprises. Things could not have gone smoother. Less than 30 days from making an offer to moving in with ZERO aggravation or headaches. Would use and recommend them to anyone looking to finance a home.

Our experience with Dash Home Loans, specifically with our mortgage coach, Amy Laidlaw was amazing. We are first-time homebuyers and the home-buying experience was foreign and quite overwhelming to us. From the start, we had an excellent experience. From the get-go, we had very quick, supportive, patient, and friendly constant communication from Amy. Any questions or concerns we had along the way were always answered thoroughly by Amy. Amy took the extra step numerous times by walking me through our mortgage disclosure line by line over the phone, explaining all the numbers and calculations and answering all of my questions that came up through that process. I never felt alone or just another client by Amy-I truly felt seen and valued. I have recommended Dash Home Loans to friends in the area and couldn’t recommend them anymore. Thank you, Amy!

Robin Byrd, our mortgage coach, has been there from the beginning to the end! He is absolutely charming! He genuinely made me laugh everyday! He would say, “I’m here for you. Any questions or concerns, let me know, I’m with you!” He was very detailed on every form, certificate,, legal paper, contract, etc. The realtor that he recommended, Michelle Lickliter, has not only been proactive with the contractors, she made time for us when the stress was real! She acknowledged the importance as well as the flaws. Michelle has a beautiful soul. Thank you for staying so focused and giving us so much emotional support.

Being able to work with only one person during the process was really helpful for making sure we were always up to date and on the same page. We never felt as if we were blindsided by anything and were always comfortable calling Crystal if we needed to know something. Additionally, it was very impressive to be able to close on the loan in only 22 days, as I work in mortgage and am certainly aware that 22 days is far below the average amount of time to close!
