Exceptional service. I bought my first ever road bike. Even though it was only entry level, everyone I dealt with took a great deal of time and care to make the fit perfect. I'm a short woman so fitting a road bike isn't easy. The bike was a couple of days late arriving at the store and when they realised how disappointed I was at the thought of not having it for the weekend they express couriered it from the warehouse. That's service! My bike is a Cannondale Synapse Sora 44cm and it was a great deal too. Very comfortable from the first ride, even though I had no experience of road bikes before. A very happy customer and VERY excited about my new bike

I have purchased two bikes this year from Cycles Galleria spending what I consider to be quite a lot of money. Customer service is split into two categories, sales and after sales and unfortunately I have got to know the after sales bit i.e. servicing a little too well with both competing branded bikes needing attention. Jeremy has been nothing short of phenomenal. He has been relentless in his negotiations with local distributors to ensure my complete satisfaction. Good old fashioned customer service....who would have thought!

Lovely chaps here and great customer service. I just had my commuter bike serviced and bought some new USB lights etc. They keep an excellent database on their customers so they know what/when to order, give you a call to estimate costs and so on. I'll definitely be back.
