The new reno looks awesome, it has a great feel to the store. They have a great selection of bikes and you can drop your bike off for a service before work and pick it up after. Like their other stores the staff are friendly and knowledgable. Would highly recommend for your next bike purchase :)

I've been in to cycles galleria several times recently for spares, tools and a service. Each time was a pleasure, I found the staff to be helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The work done on my bike was also first class. I'll be using this as my local shop in future.

Nice store (Melbourne CBD Store); a couple of the staff were a bit short with me but the other ones I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Good range of gear and bikes. Handy location as well.

It's convenient and they looked after me well with some faulty lights but they are on the expensive side ... for everything, but it's in the CBD so maybe that's fair enough

Felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. A friendly guy working on a bike stopped immediately to help me (unfortunately I didn't get his name). Luke was also knowledgeable and while they didn't have what I was looking for offered a great solution and was happy to order stock in. Thanks guys!

Great staff. Poor website that states they have stock when they don’t. Frustrating to catch public transport in to the city and find their website is wrong. Not only that but first store then ensures me that the other city store has it in stock. Walk there for same story. Not staffs fault they are nice but their stock system needs updating

CBD에 있어서 시티 사는 사람은 편하겠고, 수리 받을 때마다 느끼는 거지만 다시 오고 싶지 않다는 인상을 많이 받음. 저렴한 자전거 수리하는데 뭔 환영을 기대했었겠냐 만은 브레이크 레버 수리를 두번 받았는데 각각 가격이 다른 이유가 납득이 안감. 한번은 17달러 한번은 32달러. 똑같은 수리를 했는데 가격이 다르다. 미케닉의 경력, 시간대, 자전거의 기종, 인종, 영어의 유창함에 따라 가격이 다를 수 있다고 이해할 수 있으나 나는 마음에 안듦
