I called because my GPS had me arriving 10 mins after they closed. They stayed open a little late to allow me to pick up my bike. They then set me up with everything else I needed right then and there. Great service.

Struggled mounting my new MTB tires because how firm the sidewalls were. Leo not only showed me what I was doing wrong, but mounted my tires for free!

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff! I took some tires in to get the inner tubes replaced. Kevin, Greg, and Leo helped me and took great care of me. The service was done perfectly and in less than 24 hours! I recommend this shop for any of your biking needs, you will not be disappointed!

If you like Trek bicycles this place has a pretty good selection and their staff is knowledgeable. If it's busy you may have to wait for help but just browse the bikes while you wait.

Kevin and Leo made a great team. Kevin walked me through the needed level 2 service package and was with me through the whole process. Leo did a great job servicing the bicycle.
I replaced brake pads, cables, chain, and on return free wheel. All expected and needed component replacements.
I got my bike back the next day. After the service I had a problem with the chain "skipping" so I brought it back. The bike was looked at immediately, the problem diagnosed (a favorite gear issue), and then fixed quickly and appropriately.
