The Trek Rep was very professional and did a fantastic job helping us pick out bikes and a bike rack based on our needs. He took the time to explain the differences between hard tails, full suspension, and no suspension bikes. The array of bike that the store caries to include e-bike is very impressive. the Rep also took the time to explain bike servicing - 1st on is on the house; and they also registered the bikes with Trek, which I truly appreciated. Absolutely will recommend this Trek shop to my friends without any reservation.Keep up the good work

I stopped by for them to take a look at a wobbly stem/front fork on my new (cheap) gravel bike. They were kind and helpful right from the start. They took care of me in just a few minutes and I left feeling on top of the world.

This shop is staffed by the best people. Kevin and Leo are exceptional. I bought a Verve 3 about 6 months ago but now upgraded to a FX e-bike that I am truly enjoying. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend this shop.
