I was in for some advice on a Trek 700 I picked up as a project bike and what a great experience! Andre and his crew are super friendly, highly skilled, and just great to be around. Their lead tech came out from the back, eyed my bike and had it dialed in so fast I couldn’t believe it. Turns out, he’s a 30 year veteran bike mechanic who cut his teeth supporting race teams for years. I road in from Woodland Hills because the store closed that was down the street. So glad I did. My bike rides and shifts really smooth following the service. Great shop and very good people at the helm.

I was looking for a new bike, so I decided to go to Trek of Porter Ranch and was greet by the whole crew. Gustavo Velazquez was so kind, he helped me picked the best bike for myself and took a lot of his time to answer and explain a couple of questions I had regarding the bike i was looking for. Alfred Coleman was very helpful as well, he made sure i was getting the right size and went above and beyond to help me. This was definitely the best service I ever gotten at a bike shop. Gustavo and Alfred are very professional, they know about bikes and are always willing to help others. I truly recommend Trek of Porter Ranch because the crew is super friendly and you feel very comfortable when shopping.

Came in to purchase a bike for my 5 yr old daughter. Was able to find and complete the transaction in 20 minutes. The service was excellent and made the sale easy. They have an upgrade program. not sure for all bikes, but for kids. Within 3 years you can upgrade your kids bike to a bigger size till they reach 26”? and get half of what you paid for previous bike applied as credit towards your new purchase.
Next day i brought two of my old bikes sitting on the side of my house for over 2 years, for service. The technician made the estimate on the spot and made simple recommendations. Never tried to upsell anything.
Great vibes from the staff all around!! Will definitely return again.
